She’s passionate about something, a great work in her life that drives her in a way that makes me know she’s going to change the world and makes me want to be there to see it. She inspires me to try to follow my own dreams when they seem hopeless and impractical; I know she’s going to prove all the people who called hers hopeless and impractical wrong. She knows she’s beautiful, even if she isn’t perfect by society’s standards. I know I don’t have to tell her but I would anyway. It is sad in a way, but on the other hand it takes a certain presumptuousness to say that my conclusions are more logical than what they believe. I just hope that I won’t condition myself at any point, or ever become too satisfied with how I view things. Like I said, I’d like to keep working at it, keep learning as I go.
